In the tropical climate of our greenhouses, selected species are being affectionately cared for and cultivated over several months until they have grown to XXL size. For the establishment and design of larger aquariums, these "solitaires" are perfectly suited and give the impression of a rich landscape right from the start.
Hygrophila corymbosa is a very variable species with different leaf shapes. But all species have one thing in common: they are good growing and simply beautiful! As a fast-growing stem plant, it belongs to the so-called algae preventing plants in the aquarium. A regular and also necessary pruning promotes their compact growth. Good CO2 and sufficient fertilization via the substrate and the water column ensure a splendid appearance.
