Gratiola viscidula, which has only been on the market for a few years, is particularly interesting and conspicuous due to its submerse growth form. The plant forms compact cushions under water with a „prickly“ habitus. Occasionally, the plants need to be cut back so that the stock can be kept low. Due to its rather slow growth, it is also very suitable for smaller aquariums. Gratiola can be placed in the front to midground depending on the aquarium size.
